DVD 1 - Technique & Timing
I walk you through the three phases of technique simplified to make it easy to understand and easy to implement and self evaluate. Great Hitters simplify hitting mechanics. This DVD simplifies the most challenging thing to do in sports.
I will show you major league hitters all demonstrating similiar qualities in the 3 phases of hitting technique. I show several major league examples for you to get a visual of exactly what you have to do if you want to become a great hitter.
I also break down 2 phases of timing along several variations of timing. Our Ready-Go system of timing will make hitting easier and will help you hit for greater power.
DVD 2 - Connection Series
I take you through our most updated drill set's matched up to the three phases of techinque in DVD 1. I also walk you through the concept of blending and exactly how we BLEND OUR DRILLS INTO the swing for faster results.
The DVD walks you through connecting the drills into your swing and blending it into your swing for quicker results.
DVD 3 - Explosive Hitting Drills
In DVD 1 I walk you through the 3 phases of hitting techinque. In the Drills DVD I put each drill into each category. My goal is for you to identify which phase you need to work on the most and then watch the drill set's for that specific phase. You can use any or all of the drills for that phase.
All drills are categorized (Phase 1, Phase 2, or Phase 3).
